Zhongtai International Securities Limited (“Zhongtai International Securities”) is a licensed corporation (Central entity no.: BBA855) regulated by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission to carry on type 1 (Dealing in Securities) and type 4 (Advising on Securities) regulated activities under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571). Zhongtai International Securities is also an Exchange Participant of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.It provides securities brokerage services for Hong Kong local blue chips in Hong Kong, stock options, ETFs, warrants, index futures, option contracts and other derivative investment products and domestic and foreign products.

Zhongtai International Futures Limited (“Zhongtai Futures”) is a licensed corporation (Central entity no.: BAI291) regulated by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission to carry on type 2 (Dealing in Futures Contracts) regulated activity under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571). Zhongtai Futures is also an Exchange Participant of Hong Kong Futures Exchange Limited under the category of Futures Commission Merchant and the HKCC Participant of HKFE Clearing Corporation Limited under the category of Clearing Participant. It provides a wide range of futures brokerage services, such as (1) Hong Kong futures products including Hang Seng Index futures and option; H-share index futures and options; Mini-Hang Seng Index futures and options; Mini-H-Share index futures and (2) Global commodity futures including Singapore Exchange, Chicago Mercantile Exchange, New York Futures the Exchange, Tokyo Industrial Products Exchange.

Zhongtai International Capital  provides pre-IPO consultation, listing sponsorship, merger and acquisition consultation, financial advisory, stock underwriting, refinancing and compliance advisory services.

Zhongtai International Asset Management Limited (“Zhongtai Asset Management”) is a licensed corporation (Central entity no.: BBP735) regulated by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission to carry on type 4 (Advising on Securities) and type 9 (Asset Management) regulated activities under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571). Zhongtai Asset Management  provides fund management, special account financial management, RQFII products, overseas fund platforms, direct investment business and cross-border investment advice services.

· Zhongtai International Financial Products Limited

Zhongtai International Financial Products Limited (“Zhongtai Financial Products”) is a licensed corporation (Central entity no.: BEZ122) regulated by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission to carry on type 1 (Dealing in Securities) regulated activity under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap.571). Zhongtai Financial Products It conduts FICC (Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities) business which covers a wide range of industrial chain business includes fixed income, commodity, exchange currencies OTC (Over the Counter) market. Its current business activities include high-yield bond market makers and proprietary trading. The high-yield bond market maker business comprises market maker business development in secondary bond market which mainly includes providing liquidity of bond trading at secondary bond market, enhancement of corporate awareness in bond market; establishment, strengthening and maintenance of relations among institutional clients and assistance of the underwriting department for bond issuance and pricing at primary bond market and providing liquidity in case of new bond issuance. In additions, through the market marker business at the secondary bond market, it enables better acquisition in more timely and accurate market information and understanding of market trend so as to have better risks control for bond investment market by using equity fund.

Zhongtai International Wealth Management Limited (“Zhongtai Wealth Management”)is a company established in Hong Kong which comprises  overseas asset allocation and wealth management.. It is a registered MPF Intermediary (Principal Intermediary) under registration of the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA) and  a licensed insurance intermediary of the Insurance Authority. Zhongtai Wealth Management emphasizeson the development of investment and insurance businesses and committes to serving  high-net-worth clients. Being,  the elite team provides comprehensive personal and family wealth planning services as one of the core businesses of the group.

· Zhongtai Jinkong International Holdings Limited

Zhongtai Jinkong International Holdings Limited (“Zhongtai Jinkong”) was established on 21 April 2016 and its registered address at No. 16, Lane 1000, Lingshan Road, China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone. Zhongtai Jinkong is the backstage supporting or supplemental department of Zhongtai International and assists Zhongtai International to provide certain services, such as information and materials delivery, roadshow conference support, and information translation.

· Zhongtai International Holdings (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.

Zhongtai International Holdings (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“Zhongtai Holdings (Singapore)”) is the ultimately owned holding overseas subsidiary of Shandong SASAC. Zhongtai Holdings (Singapore) is to build the ASEAN regional center up through linkage with Zhongtai International and Singapore companies. Zhongtai International Asset Management (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. and Zhongtai International Securities (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., the subsidiaries of Zhongtai Holdings (Singapore), obtained the Capital Markets Services Licenses to carry out dealing in securities and fund management which issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore in 2016 and 2017, respectively. Zhongtai Holdings (Singapore) and its subsidiaries are mainly provide a wide range of financial services including public debt/private debt and equity financing, convertible bond financing, listing consulting services, acquisitions/ M&A advisory services, securities brokerage, wealth management and asset management, etc. to the corporations, institutional investors, family offices and high-net-worth individual clients in Asia and the overseas markets.
