    Q. Is the cash balance in my Zhongtai Securities account available for trading in HSI futures and foreign futures?

    A. The cash balance of the customer in the Zhongtai Securities account must first be transferred to the foreign futures account before the foreign futures contract can be bought and sold, but must be notified before 4:15 pm on the same day.
