Securities transferred to our company

If you want to transfer stocks from other securities companies to our company, you must also apply to our company and the transfer broker.

（1）After completing the "Securities Settlement Instruction Form", fax (fax number: 852-39792800) / email scan (cs@ztsc.com.hk) or submit the counter

（2）A similar form is required to submit an application to the transfer broker. For details, please consult the transfer broker.

（3）After confirming, we will check the information with the transfer broker and go through the transfer procedures. After the securities are successfully deposited, our company will deposit the securities on the client's securities investment account.

（4）Fees: Settlement fees, share payment fees, and handling fees are borne by our company.

Securities transferred out of our company

（1）After completing the "Securities Settlement Instruction Form", fax (fax number: 852-39792800) / email scan (cs@ztsc.com.hk) or submit the counter;

（2）A similar form is required to apply to the transfer broker. For details, please consult the transfer broker.

（3）After confirming, we will check the information with the transfer broker and handle the transfer procedure. After the securities are successfully transferred, our company will deduct the securities from the client's securities investment account.

Tips: Because Hong Kong transfer custody is a manual operation, it also needs to be transferred to the side brokerage company. It takes about two to three working days.
