Deposit notes

Customer funds can be deposited in any of the following bank accounts:

Customers can deposit funds into the customer accounts (general accounts) of Zhongtai International Securities Co., Ltd. of the following three banks.

Notes for drawing

1.For withdrawal, please complete the withdrawal application form and fax it to cs@ztsc.com.hk (852) 3979 2800 or email it to cs@ztsc.com.hk via scanning copy for confirmation. The payee must be the customer himself.

2.The withdrawal deadline for each working day is 11:00 am, and any withdrawal request received after the deadline will be processed on the next working day.

3.The customer's withdrawal will be drawn in the name of “Zhongtai International Securities Co., Ltd.”.

4.If the client remitting money to an overseas bank, they might need to bear the exchange loss at the exchange rate, and the payment may be rejected or returned. The client should confirm with the receiving bank in advance whether it can receive the money remitted by overseas zhongtai international securities co., ltd. to avoid refund.

5.Any expense incurred in making the withdrawal shall be borne by the customer and shall be deducted from the amount withdrawn.

Stock transfer

If the client needs to transfer the stock he holds from another securities firm to zhongtai international, the client should fill in the "securities delivery instruction (S.I.) form", which can be downloaded from our website: http://new.ztsc.com.hk/gw/wsyyt/xzzx/bgxz/index.shtml), which clearly fill out this form with the customer name, customer account number, name of stock detail, opponents of a securities firm, central clearing participant id and contact method such as data, fax to our company after the completion of (852) 3979 2800, or to scan a confirmation email to cs@ztsc.com.hk for application.

At the same time, the client needs to notify the counterparty securities firm. Generally, the counterparty securities firm will ask the customer to fill out a stock transfer form, indicating the required stock transfer, relevant quantity and contact information of the counterparty. If all the relevant documents are available, the general transfer procedure can be completed within one or two working days.

2) If the customer's bank account has been registered with Hong Kong bank account of a non-third-party, you can call our customer service hotline (00852-39792890) to apply for withdrawal

3) The withdrawal deadline for each working day is 11:00 am, and any withdrawal request received after 11:00 am will be processed on the next working day.

4) Please indicate the currency of withdrawal (Hong Kong dollar or other currencies (if applicable)).

5) The customer's withdrawal will be drawn in the name of “Zhongtai International Futures Co., Ltd.”.

6) If your receiving bank is not a local bank in Hong Kong, please confirm with the receiving bank whether to accept the company's remittance before issuing the withdrawal instruction. The company will not bear any expenses and losses caused by the remittance being returned.

7) All remittance fees due to bank transfer in Hong Kong or cross-border transfer will be deducted from the remittance amount.

8) Our company will not accept any third party withdrawl.

Deposit notes

1) You can deposit the funds into the following bank account and fax the remittance advice or deposit slip to the company (fax number: Hong Kong 852-3979 2800) or send the scanning copy to cs@ztsc.com.hk before 4:00 pm on the day of the deposit.

2) In order to ensure that the money can be deposited into your futures account quickly and easily, please tell the bank to specify the futures account number and name in the postscript, or write the account number and name on the remittance advice or deposit slip.

3) All remittances and deposit notices received before 4:00 pm and confirmed by our company will be processed on the day. All remittances and deposit notices received after 4:00 pm will be processed until the next working day.

4) Our company will not accept any third party deposit and cash deposit.

*1)The depositor must be the customer; Zhongtai International Futures Co., Ltd. reserves the right to refuse to accept and return the customer's third party deposit instructions, and the customer shall bear any handling fees and losses arising therefrom. 2)Customer should notice the currency of Beneficiary's Bank Account and deposit to the corresponding currency account. Our company will not take any responsibilities for the exchange loss due to the customer deposit to the non-corresponding currency account.
